TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All manufactures trade names/logos are for reference use only and are in no way connected to our products. All logos, pictures, names, and brands are registered by their respective owners
Please note that we reserve the right to decline purchases at any time for any reason at our discretion.
TECH ARMOR INC, warranties all iPhone, iPad, and iPod repairs and parts free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety days(“90”) from the date of purchase.
Receipt must be presented at time of warranty claim as proof of purchase.
If the unit should malfunction, it must be returned to TECH ARMOR and all costs of shipping shall be borne solely by the purchaser. TECH ARMOR will diagnose the repair immediately upon receipt. Upon examination by our technicians, if the part is found to be defective it will be repaired or replaced at no charge. TECH ARMOR’S WARRANTY does not apply to defects resulting from any action of the purchaser, including but not limited to mishandling, physical damage, water damage, improper interfacing, operation outside of design limits, improper repair by someone other than TECH ARMOR, use of any other product other than TECH ARMOR replacement products, or unauthorized modification. TECH ARMOR’S WARRANTY does not apply to issues that arise due to initial damage of device, including but not limited to liquid damage or motherboard damage. This WARRANTY is VOID if the unit shows evidence of having been tampered with (broken seal) or shows evidence of being damaged as a result of excessive corrosion; or current, heat, moisture or vibration; improper specification; misapplication; misuse; abuse or other operating conditions outside of TECH ARMOR’S control.
Software WARRANTY applies to factory restores, backups, firmware updates, unlocks, and applies to computers, laptops, cellular phones, etc. WARRANTY is VOID if customer performs any software modifications not limited to restore, updating software on the device, downloading unauthorized or unapproved software, viruses, malware, spyware, or attempts to modify any software that has been installed by TECH ARMOR employees reserve the right to VOID any warranty if any improper software installations or modifications have been made after customer has left the store location. This warranty is non-transferable
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THIS PRODUCT, AS PROVIDED HEREIN, IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. TECH ARMOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST REVENUES, LOST PROFITS, RENTAL OF REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT, DOWNTIME, DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, AND THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS, ARISING OUT OF ANY THEORY OF RECOVERY, INCLUDING WARRANTY, CONTRACT, STATUTORY OR TORT. NOTWITHSTANDING THE TERM OF ANY WARRANTY OR ANY WARRANTY IMPLIED BY LAW, OR IN THE EVENT THAT ANY WARRANTY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE, IN NO EVENT WILL TECH ARMOR’S ENTIRE LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THIS PRODUCT. SOME STATES/PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE AND PROVINCE TO PROVINCE.
Unlock Cell Phone Disclaimer: Unlock phone for any service provider worldwide. If you are in the United States of America and own a phone that was manufactured before January 26th, 2013 you may legally unlock it in accordance with the exemption to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. (DMCA) Cell phone unlocking will now be illegal in The United States of America for any USA service provider cell phone that is manufactured after January 26th, 2013 unless you have permission from the service provider your phone is locked to. We will not provide any advice, service, or support for any USA service provider cell phone or smart phone manufactured after January 26th, 2013. Tech Armor, LLC. Will not be held liable or responsible if you place an order for an unlock code or software for any USA service provider cell phone that was manufactured after January 26th, 2013. If you make a purchase on mytecharmor.com or any affiliated website you accept full responsibility for complying with all local, national, and international laws. Tech Armor LLC will not knowingly give any advice or provide any service to anyone who wishes to unlock a phone that was manufactured from a USA service provider after January 26th, 2013 in The United States of America.
Tech Armor will not repair, unlock, or service any phone that has been reported lost or stolen.
Tech Armor will not be held liable for any device becoming blacklisted after unlock date.
No refunds will be given on labor fees.
Any device serviced by Tech Armor and its employees must be claimed within 30 days of the service date. If device is not claimed within 30 days, Tech Armor will not be held liable for loss, theft, or misplacement. After 90 days from service date the device will become Tech Armor property in lieu of non-payment.
ACCESSORIES & OTHER PRODUCTS
We offer a 14-day exchange policy, with receipt. The items purchased must be in new, resalable condition with original packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
CLEAR COAT POLYURETHANE SCREEN PROTECTORS
Every Clear-Coat comes with a Lifetime Replacement Guarantee for the device that it was originally purchased for (we charge a $2.99 installation fee) if you choose to have us install it. Regardless if you had trouble installing it on your device or your Clear-Coat is fading, peeling, or coming off, we will replace it In order to qualify for a replacement, you must still have your old Clear-Coat pieces. We charge a $5.99 installation fee if you want us to re-install it for you. However this is optional. We will waive the re-installation fee if we installed it and within 30 days it peels or bubbles. We also reserve the option of waiving the installation/re-installation fee on a cases by case basis.
TEMPERED GLASS SCREEN PROTECTORS
Every Tech Armor Tempered Glass Screen Protector comes with a Lifetime Replacement Guarantee for the device for which it was originally purchased. We will replace the product for half the suggested retail price. In order to qualify for a replacement at discounted price, you must present either the old screen protector or the original receipt. Replacement is only for exact product originally purchased, no substitutions will be allowed for different product models. The Tempered Glass Screen Protectors we offer are a high-quality, strengthened glass intended to help prevent damage to your device, but they are not indestructible. Replacement Guarantee covers the Tempered Glass Screen Protector only, it does not cover the device. Tech Armor will not, under any circumstances, cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device. We also reserve the right to make exceptions on a case by case basis.
